TOS

All commissioners must read and agree with the following terms.
Failure to comply will result in blocking and blacklisting.

1. I have the right to deny a commission without providing a reason.2. All payments will be done through Paypal invoices and full payment is expected upfront.3. The commissioner may repost / use art for NON-COMMERCIAL reasons with proper credit.4. Estimated time of completion will be stated in the invoice. This is NOT absolute and may change depending on circumstances. I will update commissioners if there is a delay.5. Full refunds are only offered if the commission had not been started. I have up to 5 business days to fulfill the refund. In the instance a refund is requested, it will be conducted through Paypal.6. DO NOT OPEN A CLAIM OR CHARGEBACK THROUGH PAYPAL. This will result in an immediate blacklist. Contact me if you would like a refund and it will be initiated on my end.7. WIPs will be provided depending on the commission. Reasonable edits and changes may be requested during WIP stages and once the commission is finished. If you are unsatisfied with the commission PLEASE let me know and I will work with you!8. I do not draw NSFW or fetish related themes.
